Those earthquakes can be a bitch, and oh so unsightly to tourists' eyes...
On a tangential issue: You are a doctor, but also human. Do you sometimes find it hard to empathize with certain patients because you simply dislike them. I would have a hard time feeling sympathy for someone I would feel contempt for. Must be hard sometimes, I wonder.
The sad thing is that even before the earthquake Chile was a dump!
